Device Information 2 dram memory and one flash simm slots are available for memory upgrade.  A max of 32MB flash and 64MB dram memory can be installed on 2620, 2621 router.   When upgrading to 32mb Flash Memory on 2620 & 2621 routers you must use bootROM version 12.1(3r)T2 and Cisco IOS release 12.1.3T, 12.2, 12.2T or later.
